I typically do oil first, straight out of the shower….it locks in that moisture, then body butters/lotions.

Dove have antibacterial 🧼 if you want to substitute dial soap, its smells so fresh

Dr bronners bar soap lavender and peppermint (both separately) will have you body feeling fresh from the peppermint and then relaxed from the lavender and feeling extra extra extra clean
