By no means am I saying what this guy did was right, but reverse the roles. He’ll end up getting 20 years in prison when it’s common that female educators get a slap on the wrist with probation and maybe house arrest. If we’re going to be appalled by the teachers committing these crimes, make it fair across the board as far as punishment.

I get that he holds the responsibility but they are old enough to know better. Parents do better. I crushed on some teachers but my parents raised me well enough to know better than to go sleep with a teacher. BUT i do understand the adult holds the ultimate responsibility and deserves time in prison.
