Its the exact same if you switch from wegovy to mounjaro. You always start at lowest dose - its rule of thumb. Reason being - its a completely different medication. I had clinician support when on Wegovy and switched to Mounjaro then Reta and that is the medical advice i was given.

I don’t agree sorry 100% I think everyone is different depending on you.. Wegovy also didn’t work for me the 2nd time I used it for 6 mths.. everyone reacts to medications differently..
