my oldest tattoo is like 5 years old, hasn’t faded, i used aquaphor, and probably didn’t take care of it as well as i should’ve. still looks totally intact man. this video is misleading, because constantly moisturizing it is not always good for tattoo, and after a certain amount of time, moisturizing isn’t proven to prolong tattoo life, but instead just keeps your skin healthy overall, so if you’re already moisturizing regularly, u absolutely shouldn’t put extra on ur tat

I didn’t use either. In fact I took the plastic off the day I got it tattooed and then I washed it dove bar soap and put lotion on it all the time and it looks great brand new
