It's definitely not a Hijab (Islamically, idk about linguistically) because the Islamic Hijab is not cloth, and if it were would describe all the clothes on the body, not just the head covering because it literally means "barrier".

definitely not a hijab but it's a type of covering. every girl regardless of religion , can rock their own style of covering 🎀 ( I'm a Muslim ) Jewish shows neck, Muslims covers the neck.
