Correction, where you have your belt placement is actually your waist. waist can be from where you placed it to just above the belly button. Where you said lower, those are more of your hip area. so you instinctively, put it on the right spot where your waist curves.The most naturally.

Only one I would not recommend is the bigger black one with snaps. It’s good for maybe 2 wears. Then after the snaps just come undone. I have all the other belts and love them
