I love birds. I saw a beautiful bird today. It did make me feel less stressed. It is so good to go the park to just get away from all the stress around your immediate environment. This word was totally for me! I have a major life decision to make. I do believe God is calling me to move and step out in faith. Please pray for me!

I also struggled a lot with anxiety... whatvis helping me is practicing gratitude... your brain cannot be anxious and gratefull at the same time... over time you'll rewire your brain and you will be less anxtious... 🤔 and yes giving it to God also helps however speaking for myself when I give it to God I often take it back, so the gratitude methode helpt me more...

God healed mine through learning Mindfulness exercises - teaching my mind to be in this moment (the Lord said that when we pray ask "Give us this DAY our DAILY bread!!! i.e live in today, now, the moment.

Let's apologize to God. Lord, I’m sorry for my sins and i keep saying I will stop my bad habits, and I keep doing them. I hope you can apologize. I’m sorry that I’m always scared of judgement day, even though I might not have to. I’m sorry that I hate how I look, when you made me the way you like. Im sorry for not living for you, and worrying about other things instead of spreading the gospel. Im sorry for being lazy, for saying “I’ll pray later” and I never prayed that day, but today is the day I’m spreading the gospel. I am trying my best to grow closer to you and I hope you can forgive me.:(Psalm 23:4)it says, even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me." This reminds us that even in the darkest and most challenging times, God is with us, and He is our comfort and our guide. As it's written in (Romans 8:38-39) "For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord." This verse assures us that nothing can separate us from God's love, and that He is always with us, no matter what we're going through. (Psalm 34:18) "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted." God will always be near you when you need Him most, even at your lowest point. Don't give up. No matter how difficult life gets, God has a plan for you, and I promise He will heal you. Just put everything in His hands. The Rapture is going to happen, whether it's today, tomorrow, or centuries from now. It's coming; the prophecies of the Bible are coming to life. Repent and believe; Jesus is the Messiah. He will forgive you and accept you. He accepts all His children. Believe in Him, repent, and forgive your neighbors. Love everyone, even if they do things we don't agree with. Jesus would want you to forgive them, just as He would. Forgive each and every one. It's not too late to repent.

one thing that helped was just saying “God this is too heavy of a burden to bear, so I give it to you” and it made every episode feel lighter. i still have my days, but i am able to look back and see how far i walked once i let him hold my hand.
