I’ve been in a call center for over 2 years now (don’t know how I’m still surviving) but people need to learn phone manners. In my company all customers are upset it’s part of the field but it baffles me that people take their anger out on us, I understand your upset and it’s expensive but it’s not my fault and I have limited power on what I can do to help
