do you think an implant thats actually fully fitted to the jaw such as peek or titanium would be better? instead of silicone how its just placed on top of the jaw.

i haven’t looked into implants in a long long while but i remember hearing something about holes in the implants for the muscle to have something to latch on to, no idea if it’s a real thing or my brain made it up
