I use AI daily at work and I’m constantly testing its limits and possibilities, so I’m not a typical “resister,” but I am frustrated by the distance between hype and reality. You still need subject matter expertise to make something useful — efficient — authentic. So if you want an edge you need to keep your expertise sharp, fresh. You need to challenge your mental fitness in your personal life. Otherwise it will replace you, not level you up.
