@tacobullcardiff are now serving up halal birria tacos in Cardiff! I’ve been hoping and praying for a halal birria place to open up in Cardiff for the longest time and Taco Bull has made this happen! We had: - Beef Birria Tacos - Mixed Birria Tacos (chicken and beef) - Beef Birria Loaded Fries This food was absolutely sensational! The beef birria was so tender and flavourful and the chicken was marinated perfectly. The tortillas were soft but not soggy and they held their shape when dipped into that delicious consommé. Their bull peri sauce is also fire! The loaded fries were some of the best I’ve ever had. It was a last minute addition to my order because I wanted to try them and I was so glad I did. The beef was soft tender, the sauces were so good and the fries were not soggy like most loaded fries. The loaded fries are a must! They also now do birria ramen so I need to give that a go asap! I am incredibly impressed with this spot - the prices are affordable and the food just speaks for itself. It definitely hit the spot and satisfied all my birria taco cravings. This is one you can’t miss out on.
