1. I was skipping days and telling myself it didn't matter It matters more than almost anything else on this list. ๐ GHKcu builds on itself โ the whole thing compounds with consistent use and falls apart without it ๐ One skipped day becomes two and by week three you've lost the momentum you spent weeks building ๐ Set a reminder. Link it to something you already do every night. Make it automatic. โ
2. I was doing it right after eating Felt like the most convenient time. I was unknowingly working against my own results. ๐ Eating raises certain signals in your body that compete with what GHKcu is trying to do ๐ Waiting at least 2 hours after your last meal before going gives it a much cleaner window to work ๐ The timing feels small. The difference it makes is not. โ
3. I was keeping my amounts the same for months without reassessing I thought staying consistent meant never changing anything. It actually meant i plateaued early. ๐ Your body adapts โ what worked in week two is not necessarily optimal by week eight ๐ Reassess every four weeks and adjust based on how you're actually responding ๐ Staying at the same amount forever out of comfort is not consistency. It's stagnation. โ
4. I was doing too much and tracking nothing I had no idea what was working because i was changing five things at once. ๐ Sleep quality, skin texture, energy, how your scalp feels, overall recovery โ all of it compounds gradually and your memory is terrible at noticing slow change ๐ I log everything in an app called Protokol - Peptides Simplified โ it's a tracking app built specifically for beginners starting their first round. 5. I was rotating my spots randomly instead of properly I thought switching it up was enough. I kept hitting the same tissue without realising it. ๐ Repeatedly going into the same area builds up scar tissue that blocks absorption over time ๐ Rotate methodically โ abdomen, outer thigh, tricep โ never the same spot twice in a row ๐ Consistent rotation keeps every site fresh and absorption clean โ
6. I was injecting too fast Wanted to get it over with quickly. Turns out stopping was the reason the next round hit harder. ๐ Your body needs time to reset and become responsive again โ the off period is where that happens ๐ Skipping it leads to diminishing returns that feel like the product stopped working ๐ The round after your first proper break will be your best one.
