I think this new era is probably just referring to an era without duped/exploited items, as the chest plate was the last exploited item, and when he says "better without you" most likely he means that if spoke isn't there on the server but locked away he can't dupe or exploit

There’s revival in the underworld, jamato knows wemmbu is aware of the underworld, capture is the only permanent solution, also could be thinking he can help and fix spoke, also plot armour

Tbh, Jamato sees Spoke as a detriment to the server's evolution. And Spoke did things that caused the server to go down under a spiral of misfortunes. Spoke's exploits made Ash go after him, and once he destroyed them to stop Ash from having them, Ash was forced to accelerate his plans. This led to the Mafia taking most of the resources. That led, in turn, to numerous power struggles and further corruption. And Spoke orchestrated the fight between Wemmbu and Flame.
