A client recently screwed me over badly. Closed the contract without paying after I had basically finished the whole project, and it dropped my JSS from 100% to 98% even though I’m Top Rated Plus. I had been crushing it with 100% for a long time, so it honestly killed my motivation a bit. Do you think there’s really a big difference between 98% and 100%?
