Unpopular opinion pepes garlic mayo is ridiculously sickly and just too overpowering if overdone. If you use more than 1 tub you need sectioned

Just a weird question- when you’re making it, it looks quite yellow, but initially it looks very white - how to achieve it like pepe’s style white garlic sauce. Would you keep mixing it to achieve that?
