Can you get a balance transfer credit card to pay off your credit cards. Many lenders will give you 24 months on 0% interest. So you’re paying down the credit and not towards the interest.

You need to open an up affordability complaint with ALL of your lenders. Take them to the ombudsman. Did they verify your income? Did they check how much debt you were in? Try it!

I was in 20k and everytime I would get a new card to pay off the others I’d max it out. Stepchange saved me! I’m now debt free and it happened for my 30th. You can do this and it’ll be the best thing you do ❤️

Please get in touch with debt management. You can’t be paying interest on these balances, you’ll never shift them. I used Payplan. Saved my life.

Queen I CURRENTLY work for Monzo in FH and I'm in debt lol (very manageable amount but still, just because we work in the field doesn't mean we're immune to the cost of living!)

People can judge but getting into debt is so easy to do and so hard to get out of and is so debilitating. I’m really rooting for you to be able to get out of this!

i sooo understand the feeling of FOMO and wanting to enjoy life, but i promise you financial freedom and independence will feel so much better than a random night out that you'll forget about in a few weeks, and birthdays can be made special at home or a bit later when financially able. trips and activities can happen at any moment, you're not under time pressure.. unlike interest rates 🥲

We’re currently £7k in debt, I was on maternity leave and my boyfriend was made redundant. Then we had our boiler brake, his appendix burst and it was my daughter’s first birthday. We are slowly paying off our debt but after we pay all our bills, we have only £150 left over 😭

I thank God that Monzo flex has only allowed me a £500 limit bc I treat it like it’s literally my own money

My issue with Klana is I still use it when I can afford to buy things out right because I like smaller payments then end up paying £300 a month 🙄

I don’t understand, that once you realise you’re in terrible debt but you still continue spending. I’m in five grands worth of debt because ivf. It’s terrifying , but on a 3 year interest free card.

I ask this from a genuine curiosity but how do you end up getting to the point where you spend money on credit knowing you can't pay it off?
