Cheats cheesy kebab rolls recipe I kept seeing this all over my feed so I had to give them a go with my own twist! I would say my recipe is a mix between south Asian and Turkish flavours which in my opinion is the best fusion!! Pretty easy to make, I will be making them again this weekend but with chicken mince! (Also excuse my appearance, this was filmed after work and when I tell you cooking and filming in this heat is not for the weak - it really isn’t!! But I came through for you guys) Kebab Rolls: (makes 4 wraps) - 500g lean beef or lamb mince - 2 red onions - 2 spring onions (optional) - 4-5 cloves garlic - 30g coriander - 1 tsp ground cumin - 1 tsp garam masala - 1 tsp red Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp pul biber - 1 tsp sumac - 1 tsp salt (or to taste) - 2 tbsp breadcrumbs - 200g Mozarella & cheddar mix (grated) - 4 large tortilla wraps Garlic Yoghurt: - 6 tbsp 10% fat Greek yoghurt - 2 small garlic cloves, grated - 1 large lemon, juiced - Salt & pepper to taste - 1-2 tbsp finely chopped coriander or parsley Chilli Lime Butter: - 3-4 tbsp salted butter - 2 tsp pul biber - 1 lime, juiced Salad: - Cucumber - Red onions - Lemon juice - Sumac I baked for 20-25 minutes at 180C, turning half way, or until golden brown and oozing. #kebab
