Easy, healthy comfort meal Potato recipe 6 medium potatoes 3 tbsp butter (melted) 2 tbsp olive oil 4–5 cloves garlic (minced) 1½ tsp paprika 1½ tsp onion granules 1½ tsp garlic granules 1 tsp dried parsley Salt & pepper 1–2 tsp all-purpose seasoning Method: Slice each potato thinly (don’t cut all the way through). Mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, and all seasonings. Brush generously over all 6 potatoes, getting into the layers. Air fry at 180°C for 35–45 mins (depending on size).
