Release the guilt. The job didn’t meet your dreams and expectations, and that’s sad. It is. It’s soul crushing. But you didn’t do anything wrong. You’re not ungrateful. You’re just being honest with yourself that the fit isn’t right, and that’s ok. You’re allowed be disappointed and sad, but don’t dwell there for too long. Grieve it out, but then get going with your next plan and start making your next moves. You’ve achieved before, so go out there and achieve again. ❤️

Resigned 2 months ago from a job where I actually got promoted 3 times and being well-payed. There's some guilt, but still no regrets. I'd rather give up that big salary than lose myself in the process.

Yes, umalis agad ako 1 week palang in a higher position and better salary. Alam ko pinagdasal ko 'to 🥹 masakit pero naisip ko na lang kung tatagal pa ko dun masisira yung mental health ko dahil sa workload. 🥲 Nakikita ko yung sarili ko na umiiyak nung weekend tas gigising ng umaga na di ako masaya na pakiramdam ko di yun ang hinahanap ng puso ko. Iniisip ko na lang may plano si Lord sakin na magiging masaya ulit ako sa work.

Currently unemployed dahil nagresign ako last March. Nadadala ko sa bahay yung work, madalas pati weekends may pasok (without pay), overloaded but under compensated. Ginusto kong umalis kahit walang back up plan dahil sa sobrang pagod. Ngayon naman, nasa job hunting phase ako, until now wala pa ring update sa nga pinag-aapplyan ko 😭 [PAGOD NA PAGOD NA AKO]
