I feel you 🥰🙏 matatakutin din ako. Okay yung may solo room for privacy, pero iba padin if may ka roommate ka at kachikahan paglabas lang ng room. Yung alam mong may totoong tao kang kasama sa loob ng bahay.

mahal talaga magrent around ortigas (pasig, manda, etc) or ortigas. sa current unit ko here in pasig, 5.5k per month (studio unit w/ own sink/cr na) tapos, pet and visitors friendly na. 180 naman sa tubig tapos yung kuryente, depende sa gamit (not fixed since prepaid load). i think swerte na ako that time or masipag lang maghanap kasi yung offers sa akin or nakikita ko is around 7k above pero hindi pet and visitors friendly and daming restrictions. tapos napakaconvenient kasi malapit sa lahat (schools, hospitals, market, restaurants, transpo). cons lang rito is yung traffic kasi ughh pasig traffic is unbearable pero i'm still adjusting to like and somehow, love here 🥰

Wait, helloooo!!! Di ko sasabihin yung condo pero eto ba ay yung room sa 9th floor? If yes, I also stayed in that same room around 2019-2021. I hope you guys are creating memories there as much as we did nung mga kasama ko rin sa unit na yan 🫶😊
