You dont “need” to do anything. If you do bro split you’ll still make gains. It all depends on the person and what you prefer. Sam sulek does bro split which is better for him because he prefers it and it maximizes his growth more because he’s so big and he trains so hard. If you’re newer it’s better to do a ppl or Arnold split but you’ll still make gains if you do bro split. There is no “best” split it just depends on your preferences
