Fixed mines. I was in the early stages though, but I was recommended to have surgery and it couldn’t be fixed. Took me 2 months, but it worked, and the immediate relief was the best

I tape mine and do stretches. Only surgery will make it go away but I will say this helps with pain and it getting worse! Highly recommend!

I would have loved some details. for example how much stretch if any. you didn't show where it went on the outer side when you first went on the inside of the foot. do you wear this only with shoes or all the time even at home..
