How stupid was I thinking I was being mistreated but after mum passed I now know All she wanted was the best for me. Ever since I started staying alone am able to do all the chores on my own. She would have been proud 😊

I started washing my own clothes when I was 12 yrs old and I thought they were mistreating me because I have one hand 😁 I'm now 26 and I can do anything on my own; cooking, washing dishes, sweeping... and I don't even depend on anyone ☺️and now when I look back I'm very greatful and I always remember my mom's words "I'll not always be there to help you"

am raising my kids the same way our parents raised us, my 9yrs old daughter does her laundry, cleans her room and does most simple chores. my son washes dishes everyday and cleans the house Sunday's,he cooks too 🥰apa pena am a proud mother.

My son is 7yrs old and he’s able to make he’s bed,put things in order in he’s bedroom,sweeps he’s bedroom(tho I have to re-sweep myself) he can even fry an egg with adult supervision. When I wake up late,i find ninshi he has dusted the sofas and swept the living room(tho I need to re-do this) but atleast he can do basic stuff😅and sometimes I let him bathe himself..when he’s done eating,I always make sure he takes he’s plates to the kitchen and puts them in the sink..I’m so proud of him 😊
