My god this is what I needed. I have a strong feeling I have autism and I’ve been on autism tiktok and researching for weeeks in a row. I felt so bad because I thought maybe I’m leading myself to believe i have it and almost imagining my symptoms…..

Been researching since I was 14. I’m 20 now. I always went though stages of “I probably am not” to “I definitely am” now I regret not asking the doctor about it before I turned 18 but every time I go I think about speaking up and never do it’s so scary.

over 2 years and even though every test I've done scores really high i still doubt it and retake using 'more realistic' answers and still get the same score. 😄

I probably researched for about 4 years before my youngest son was diagnosed. I have now realized the kids come by it honestly. Our whole house is some flavour of neurodivergent.

I always took the researching bit of the assessment so literally, like in my mind to research u sit down at a table for hours just looking up that 1 thing.... ya thats not what they mean and im pretty sure I do the research just in my own way. Like mo research and months of micro information gathering to attain said knowledge i was looking for....😅
