Crème caramel (Flan) I’m always impressed by mama’s crème caramel. a silky custard dessert that’s baked with a thin caramel sauce. So smooth and velvety, I could literally eat this whole dish. #cremecaramel #flan #dessert #italiancooking #southernitaly #italy#cook #cooking #chef #sandiego #california Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 can (14oz) of condensed milk 35 oz of 2 % milk mix well until all ingredients are combined. Put 1/2 cup sugar in your Bundt pan then place it on your stove top on low heat. Remove from the stove when your sugar has Dissolved and it’s a golden brown color. Let pan cool. Once cooled, Spray the walls of the Bundt pan with vegetable oil. Pour mixture in your pan and then add pan to a double boiler and place it in the pre heated oven at 350 degrees. When it feels solid to the touch you know it’s done. 45-55 minutes. To remove flan from pan view my video. Enjoy !
