All these discount seafood are Freezer Burnt. It will be dry and rubber like. You need to defrost it in salt water to rehydrate the lobster again ( or fish ). Use it in curry or tomyam soup. Any dish with strong flavours will work

honestly lobster doesn't live up to the hype. for half the price you can get giant prawns, they're sweeter and more tender
