The 16hrs outside of school really don’t matter most of that 16hrs is sleeping and then any after school activities or job or homework so students don’t really even have all that much time to themselves lowkey

If anything the cellphone law made our attendance worse. I’m seeing students skip school and even take off of work. I see constant students on their phones more
