Trashing it is big disrespect to the brand you should know it’s handcrafted and there will minor errors on the pieces bought. Handmade pieces are not 100% perfect so it’s fine to give negative feedback but not to the extent where you reduce the quality of the brand to grade 0. Since you’ve found faults you can as well give ideas on how to resolve the issues you’ve spotted because at the end of it all it’s made for you the customers so suggesting ideas will go a long way to benefit both the customer and the vendor.
