5 MINUTE YOGURT BOWL 🫐 The breakfast that takes 5 minutes looks beautiful and keeps you full until lunch. Thick creamy yogurt layered with granola, fresh fruit and honey. Healthy eating has never been easier. 🫐 🍽️ THE RECIPE Serves: 1 — Time: 5 mins — Difficulty: Easy 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt 2 tbsp granola ½ cup mixed berries — blueberries strawberries raspberries 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup 1 tbsp nut butter of choice — almond or peanut 1 tsp chia seeds Optional: banana slices, sliced kiwi, coconut flakes, cacao nibs Spoon Greek yogurt into a bowl and spread slightly. Add granola on one side. Arrange fresh berries on the other side. Add sliced banana or other fruit if using. Drop nut butter in the centre. Sprinkle chia seeds over everything. Drizzle honey or maple syrup generously over the top. Add any extra toppings. Serve immediately. Pro tip: Use full fat Greek yogurt not low fat — full fat is significantly creamier, more filling and naturally higher in protein. Low fat yogurt is thin watery and you will be hungry again within an hour.
