Yessss! Hindsight has a way of making the past look easier than it really was. Yes…it can be easier to make big changes when we’re younger. But sometimes we confuse “different” with “easier.” As we get older—our priorities and responsibilities change—so it’s easy to believe we’ve missed our chance. The reality is that today will probably look “easier” to our future self than it feels right now. So if we’re not careful we’ll keep telling ourselves that our current responsibilities make growth impossible… when in reality they may just require a different approach. (a new narrative that opens us up to a different perspective ) Instead of asking, “Why can’t I?” we can ask, “How can I let the life I have today work for the future I want?” Our priorities don’t always have to compete with our future. Sometimes they become the very things that shape it. 🥰 One day we’ll look back at this season and realize we had more opportunity than we thought—we just couldn’t see it while we were living it!

I think at any age you change the trajectory of your life. the thing about being young is that every possibility is available to you. the older you get more restrictions come in due to responsibilities, physical ability, time.
