Harbor freight atv golf cart tire changer it does it all and works for riding mowers too I got mine for 60 bucks and it’s a life/back saver I mounted it on work bench it’s awesome

for getting it on the bead what you did works good but never do it without the tire on the machine for safety reasons and it works better if you put a air chuck in it
