can I ask at 28 weeks pregnant my hb was 9 I have been a vegetarian since the age of 6 apparently my MCV was normal they tested my b12 2 weeks later and my b12 was 100 se early low woukd my mcv of been normal 2 weeks previously?

my RDW SD is 50.6 MPV 12.9 calcium 8.5 all other labs normal had my gallbladder removed 4 months ago. is that the reason or do I have something else going.on

I asked a question about low folate and have another please ! If low folate shows big cells but low iron shows small cells how would you diagnose if you’ve both low iron and folate ?
