@callherholy: Some of you have been living under the pressure of trying to “maintain” a salvation that was never earned by your perfection in the first place. Yes, conviction is real. Sanctification is real. And following Jesus should and will change you, but your bad days, struggles, mistakes, and moments of weakness do not suddenly make Jesus’ sacrifice insufficient. There’s a difference between conviction that pulls you toward God and condemnation that convinces you to run from Him. One leads to repentance, the other leads to fear. You do not have to live trapped in the cycle of constantly wondering if God still loves you every time you fail. Jesus knew every sin, every struggle, every weakness, and still chose the cross.
