I do both of them on VScode terminal cli set up, I boosted my productivity 4x and also use some of the gemini chat ( free ) for explaining things so i save a lot tokens

Claude code is just a no for me, tokens finish way too fast, codex has been amazing for me with the 20$ subscription and it does everything as instructed and better and cleaner

I use codex cli and have it audit everything my Claude code does. Works great for me! Definitely recommend the dual LLM set up. 🔥

I tested both of them in writing code with my skill for code style and results almost the same line by line but where I got differences codex did better, so claude is over hyped by vibecoders, with good prompt codex is better and has higher limits
