Also, COMPLIMENTS... "wow, you look amazing, lost so much weight" FLIP OFF!! That doesn't help!!!! Keeping it off is the HARDEST and food is such an addiction for so many people 😫 Any little comment can trigger a maybe... I remember when my son was a baby (he is almost 20 now), abusive brother tried to be evil to me when no one was around... I too laughed at him... I thought was actually joking though... "we're adults now!!?" 🤨 crazy! i'm 40 in August 😁😍🥰🤩 Life begins at 40!! (pic is nearly 9 years old)😳 OMG!!! The man/friend stories HORRIFYING!! I want to make tiktoks with my 2 books... also, my next book is my weight loss journey/journeys... LOL... you're now speaking about experiences... 😆 I first cut back food age 7... for 3 days... properly dieted age 11... most school years skipped breakfast and lunch (twice a week would have been ok). I yo yo ed so much, desperate to be thin... I even gained weight after Turkey surgery (terrifying with all horror stories), I've been on Mounjaro now since January. I read an amazing Dr's book (in Harley st) before my Turkey trip... I went to him after gaining weight. I gained a little weight 1st xmas after surgery and had PT for a year... when I stopped and struggling... I went ti Dr's in Harley st thinking Turkey surgeon didn't do a good job... Harley st Dr/surgeon prescribed me Moujaro. Crazy!! I'm doing everything I can to train my brain to not put it back on again after stopping Mounjaro. Called "fatty" as a child, thought because I was fat & no one wanted to let me play. Anyway... lots of love for you and I totally LOVE your RAW Authentic video 💖💕💖💕❤️♥️✨️✨️✨️

Thank you for making this post. I know it was hard. I have been there done that… And I’m still working on myself. (And you’re right it’s weird all of a sudden people view you differently because you’re not that fat, funny friend anymore.)
