@awesomeframers: 6 1/2 sack 60/40 line pump mix. This is a 5" slump and is about 3500psi. The spill out is less $$ and effort over all and is easy to put in the footing is as we go. This is going to be a sealed crawlspace. Frost line is 12" on this site. The rebar isn't epoxy coated but is Glass Fiber Reinforced. This foundation and house are both engineered. #builder #concrete #footings

lol I bet I'm quicker, pro tip don't use concrete nails in wet mud they'll just come right back out, just use 16 duplex.
