hsr was literally dropping Luocha and Ruan Mei, who literally RAN early meta, for free, followed up by Huohuo (arguably the best abundance char in the game rn) and Topaz. Then they drop a selector with characters like Acheron and Sparkle just for giggles. HSR has BEEN giving out good characters cause they actually want people to enjoy playing the game. the idea that characters are 'too good' for standard is crazy cause wdym the only characters you can lose to are literally useless ??

Like Lohens kit is almost complete unjustifiable to pull as a limited character. His dps needs another high dps unit, and at that point the better decision is to pull another 5 star dps and their dedicated support. Like why would I pull for lohen alongside mauvika, when it’s going to be more valuable to wait and pull for Citlali instead? His kit and cons feel like they were made for a standard banner 5 star. Unless snezhnaya introduces something that makes lohen a cracked unit he’s outdone by almost every other 5 star

i genuinely think he mightve been standard (just looking at his kit), but hoyo saw the puic reaction, and made a last minute change. this isnt uncommon for people to do. it actually happens a lot in roblox games too

Please because every time a new character that some people don’t like right away they jump to them being standard, to me it’s annoying to hear every time even in comments just saying you like a character will have replies of people saying “well they’re standard sooooo….” Or other things like that

I’m so confused why everyone got so excited that he was changed to limited like his kit isn’t good enough to me limited I’m sorry. He’s an amazing character but as a standard. He has standerd scaleing cons that they havnt bothered to buff which makes it even worse 😭 I’m not a meta player but like come on his scaleing compared to the dpss that just came out especially with zibai now absolutely demolishing the power scaleing his dmg just isn’t good at all. His main appeal was that he was a usable standerd pull or 50/50 loss with a fun personality. Now that he’s limited it’s just misrible bc you can’t get him for free. I’m so confused why they changed it. He’s cons are standerd cons, his scaleing is somthing that would make sense for a standerd character released in this time?! Like they have to pump him full of buffs ( especially his cons) if they want him to be a worthy limited character. I love him but making him limited with how he is right now is dumb asf
