I first adjust the pressure and angle of the bidet spray so that the water reaches the area properly and cleans it thoroughly. Afterwards, I dry the area with toilet paper and make sure I am completely clean. If I am not fully clean, I use the water a bit more. My hand never touches the area directly, only the toilet paper does. I agree that sometimes the pressure or angle is not correct, and then it becomes difficult to clean properly. This is generally more of a problem in some public toilets. At home, once you adjust the bidet head correctly, you usually do not need to adjust it again because it stays in the right position. In public toilets, however, it can be tricky because the bidet head is adjustable through a small movable part on top of it. I try not to touch it directly in public toilets because it may be dirty, but it can still be adjusted using toilet paper so there is no need to touch it with your hand.

The water is powerful enough to clean it plus people use their hands after or tissue after. Either way it cleans much better than water cos you wouldn’t eat beef stew on a plate and just wipe it with tissue and put it away.

The taps in the toilets are adjustable. You can move them to be in the right position. And you hit it with the water, with enough pressure it cleans pretty well. Then you wipe with toilet paper and if necessary, hit it with water again until fully clean. Then dry off with toilet paper and you are done

Toiketpaper first until clean , then soap on your hand and wash your bum with water from the bum shower. I carry a face cloth to dry my bum but pat yourself dry with toilet paper if you want
