@litlgirl04: Still, here’s a quick explanation: Scoop out the inside of the banana slightly with a teaspoon to create a little hollow. Fill it with spreadable chocolate or pieces of chocolate. I also added fruit — raspberries go perfectly with it. I used 1 rectangular puff pastry sheet for each banana. Cut it into strips and wrap them around the banana. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated fan oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes, until golden brown. If you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking 🤤
