I had the contrast drink and then 2 IV shots of contrast for a recent CT and I’ve got gout now, stomach is raw from the drink and can’t eat

I had to take Allopurinol daily. I would get gout bilaterally in my fingers, wrists, knees, ankles, and foot. I stopped eating shrimp and fish, period. I kept eating red meat and drinking. Over the course of a year, I cut back on my daily Allopurinol to the point I would take it when I would start to feel the gout coming on. I'm now gout free and eat shrimp and fish in moderation occasionally.

My kid’s friend needed clients for clinical. I sat funny for it. Later that night, sudden onset pain. There is a small hard lump on my toe I have never noticed before. Pain is in joint closest to my toe where I was bending it. Does that sound like gout? Pain is intense and non stop
