I had an employee start talking like this once. After several months of him becoming more and more aggressive for seemingly no reason he had an episode just like this with rambling about the beach and his daughter... thought he was having a stroke so we called an ambulance. turns out he had a massive brain tumor, once they removed it he was fine. his surgeon said it was the biggest hed ever seen

I had a resident who would talk like this. Turns out she had diabetes insipidus (salt levels) and once we straightened that out she was completely coherent
