Excellent analysis. Not all foreigners have higher buying power. There are some who want to come here and live in high luxury, but a lot of foreigners would like to live modestly like the locals. We live in an era of global migration from every direction. There will be adjustments everywhere. If local owners continue to exploit, people will move elsewhere and the owners will have vacancies and have to lower prices.
