I can't sleep in bed without my husband at my side so I don't expect my babies to do so. I'm a mum of 4 and I've settled all of them in our bed and had them at our side until they are ready. 💜

I’m so glad the algorithm brought me here, because I’m tired of seeing babies falling asleep on their own or peacefully sleeping on their cot and thinking that I spoiled my baby with contact naps. She is 6 months old and now I understand that its her temperament and that there was nothing I could have done differently. I will research about floor bed, I don’t know if she ia too young for it, but maybe it could be a good option for her. Thank you so much for this type of content!

I spoil the crap out of my baby and she sleeps like a rock. Never did anything to make her an easy sleeper. Girly just likes her sleep. I respond immediately to every cry. Contact nap all day long. Set her down in her crib at night and she’s out. She’s been that way since the day she was born.

She a year old and it’s 100% temperament based, she isn’t upset I put her down she is FURIOUS 😂 problem is she now can’t link sleep cycles well, resulting in 562849 wakes. I’m fighting for my life 🥴

My son is 4 months old and sleeps SO well throughout the night 7+ hours in his cot however will only contact nap during the day and wakes instantly when put down. Is this normal?

Then I paid for sleep trainer. Sans routine theee nights change diaper milk rock sing put down to crib screamed I let him cry method first day was few minutes at a time to check in then second day longer third day longer so on. He was exhausted from crying I cried too didn’t sleep better

I like to reassure moms that temperament is so real by pointing out that my twin girls have totally different sleep habits despite having the same routines.

I rocked my daughter to sleep for over a year she slept in my bed for nearly two years and guess what she's been sleeping in her own bed and room it's been two weeks now she doesn't cry she goes to bed happy and she also doesn't cry for me in the morning she sits and sings and talks to herself until I get her 😭 I still feel so lost

My son is 1 and needs to be held to sleep and I am able to put him in his crib and he will stay asleep but I feel so bad I didn’t teach him how to self soothe. And I feel like he’s never going to. It’s making me worry
