back in days every weekend hair salons were full with women having a roller set done n under ther hair dryer for 1hr or 2hr n their hair were healthy...if you want healthy hair have a roller set done every weekend you can even learned to do it at home...wash, conditioner n roller set..trust me your hair will grow n be healthy..
