When you reduce it they don’t invest it for maximum profit cos they know you will becoming for your money soon and they will be investing in bonds ..you can change it anytime so if not an issue..

What’s the benefit of reducing it? I also believe you can start accessing it from 57 and not necessarily what it was set to, that’s just a forecast.
