I know it's really meta to do and seems kind of convoluted, but I can't visualize things very well without verbalizing them and it takes me a very long time to verbalize some things without all the hedging. so the way that I like to visualize is I write a short story saying the exact same thing that you did. somehow either by friend or accent. I come across money and this is how I feel when it happens and this is what I get with that money or whatever

That's how I do it and before falling asleep is the best time to do it and it's simple. For example - Start drinking green tea, work on that article, make eggs for dinner, stop watching that stupid show. It's not even a spell anymore. These are direct orders to yourself.
