milastra should've been it's own thing so hoto could funnel HSR and ZZZ assets into it and give creators more stylistic choices with what they want to make. they could also give it a separate team, which the overworked Genshin team desperately needs

100% feel like if it’s main marketing point of “customize your own character and games!” Wasn’t locked behind a ridiculous paywall, and they’re using the fandom’s labor/ideas as an excuse to put out less and less decent content and rewards it would’ve been more well received
