All we need, is to equip our bodies to metabolize food normally, without getting the diabetes or high blood pressure or high cholesterol (LDL and HDL) or bone, teeth and joint issues or gastrointestinal issues, or hemorrhoids, Vericose veins and painful menses in women and Obesity etc that we see around. Type 2 Diabetes occurs where either the pancreas does not produce insulin properly, or if it does, then the liver is unable to use that insulin properly, to regulate or remove excess glucose from the blood. The primary organ that actually regulates blood sugar, keeping it within range, is the Liver, and it will only act, based on the signal received from the insulin released by the pancreas.To be clear, insulin is a hormone. This is both for high blood sugar (insulin) and low blood sugar situations (glucagon). For the pancreas and the liver to function correctly, the body needs to be nutrified. We all need 91 essential nutrients everyday. These are 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 Amino acids and 2 to 3 fatty acids. Out of these essential nutrients, the Lion's share, are the minerals. To get these use Himalayan pink rock salt for cooking etc and moringa capsules. Moringa capsules will give you the vitamins, the Amino acids and fatty acids. To get the lions share, (minerals)take 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink rock salt mixed in a glass of water every morning, on an empty stomach, to benefit from it's 84 minerals, which are in their IONIC STATE,(once dissolved in water) making it easy for the body to absorb, and move to areas of the body where they are needed. there is some things I dont understand about diabetes is all bean cause high sugar all wheat cause high sugar all sugar food but I eat a type of mango 12 mongo and my blood sugar never got high and the mongo is as sweet as sugar but why that something I dont understand i eat a piece of wheat bread and my blood sugar through the roof but 12 mongo dont

The reason most doctors say it isn't reversible is that people can live with Type 2 for a very long time without symptoms. By the time the symptoms start showing up, the damage has begun and you can hardly ever get ahead of it. Saying you have to get your liver to burn the sugars it's holding on to, takes about 16-18 hours, have you tried carrying on with your day with only the energy your liver has stored? It's almost impossible because it's a very slow release energy, so moving around, concentrating, everything you need for a modern job, it won't provide enough energy.

He is right actually I got my 1c down from 9 to 6.2 recently just by eliminating processed carb and sugar and a bit exercise and obviously on and off intermittent fasting…

its is infections that are compromising the liver metabolism. unless you treat hidden infections in the liver, you cant cure from diabetes
