When I was my worst, what helped more than anything else was trying to remember that all things are possible with God. We're promised peace that surpasses understanding when we rely on him. When my mind was full of pain and turmoil I asked God for peace and hope, and he gave me both. I think one of my favorite phrases is "God created the world in seven days; he can change your life in one." Faith, exercise, family, and getting a dog: That's the recipe that saved my life and anchored me to this world when I least wanted to be here. I hope some of the same things may help you! To this day, I'm still an extremely lonely person, so my heart goes out to you. It's one of the quietest forms of grief. I'd try to offer you some helpful advice in regards to that if it wasn't something I struggle with too 🥲
