My brother and his girlfriend and their friend were 3 of the 4 victims and I pray that this man finally pays for what he has done. There is no reason he hasn't been locked up with the litany of charges he's had against him.

I used to work with him at the applebees in JC… he got fired and the day that it happened he started sexually assaulting the girl that worked there out of retaliation. He grabbed their asses and said horrible and disgusting things to them. And a bunch of them were 18 & 19 years old. I’m surprised this didn’t happen sooner, he would brag about being a felon when he worked there
